Your Responsibilities
- Independently managing your own kitchen station
- Preparing high-quality dishes for our Naschmarkt and Deli restaurant concepts
- Working in the front-cooking and live-cooking areas
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operations at your station
- Contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes and new menu items
- Carefully preparing the daily mise en place
- Providing professional guidance and support to Commis de Cuisine and apprentices
- Monitoring food quality and ensuring attractive presentation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Using food products and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively
- Working closely with the Head Chef and the entire kitchen team
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Professional experience as a Chef de Partie, or several years of experience as a chef with the ambition to take the next step in your career
- A passion for fresh, high-quality, and creative cuisine
- Enthusiasm for regional products and modern food concepts
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
- An independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to share your knowledge
- The ability to work well under pressure and stay organized, even during busy service periods
- Reliability, dedication, and initiative
- A desire to actively help shape the culinary concept of a new design hotel
