Excellent Training
The Hoteldirektorenvereinigung Deutschland e.V. (HDV), in collaboration with DEKRA, has developed a certification for the hotel industry that recognizes establishments ensuring "excellent training."
As early as 2024, we were proud to receive this highest distinction for training quality in the hospitality sector.
At the beginning of 2025, we successfully completed the "Excellent Training in Hospitality" audit once again, achieving an outstanding score of 91%. The evaluation criteria included training programs, knowledge exchange, operational structure, and opportunities for independent project implementation.
We are proud of this achievement, which serves as both recognition and motivation to continue our strong commitment to fostering young talent in the industry.
