The Schutzhütte is part of the Urberg Hotels family. With the Schutzhütte, a new and exceptional hotel project is being created in Willingen by autumn 2026—offering an exciting workplace right from the very beginning. With 69 individually designed rooms and 9 stylish chalets, the Schutzhütte caters to active families and individual travelers who value lifestyle, nature, and enjoyment. Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes
  • Preparing ingredients and the daily mise en place
  • Working across our Naschmarkt and Deli restaurant concepts
  • Assisting in the front-cooking and live-cooking areas
  • Plating dishes and ensuring an attractive presentation
  • Handling fresh and regional ingredients with care
  • Complying with our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Assisting with goods receiving, storage, and inventory control
  • Working closely with the Chef de Partie, Head Chef, and the entire kitchen team
  • Showing a willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training as a chef or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience is an advantage, but not required
  • A passion for fresh, high-quality cuisine
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Team spirit and motivation
  • An independent and careful approach to work
  • A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt flexibly
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Enthusiasm for modern gastronomy and creative food concepts
