Your Responsibilities
- Warm and welcoming care and advice for our guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Ensuring smooth service operations
- Preparing and setting tables, as well as mise en place tasks
- Actively recommending food and drinks
- Helping create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere
- Complying with our quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Supporting events and special promotions
- Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and reception
Your Profile
- Initial experience in service is desirable – career changers are welcome
- Strong guest and service orientation
- Warm, well-groomed, and friendly appearance
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute
- Organizational talent and resilience
- Attention to detail and to the wishes of our guests
- Good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
