Your Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the exclusive adults-only spa and wellness area

Professional and organizational leadership of the spa team

Ensuring a holistic feel-good experience in line with our design and spa concept

Acting as an active host for our guests – present, attentive, and service-oriented

Organization and quality control of all spa operations (saunas, pool, relaxation areas, spa bar, outdoor areas)

Responsibility for hygiene, safety, and sauna standards

Development and implementation of spa rituals, sauna infusions, and special wellness experiences

Supervision and coordination of the spa bar in cooperation with service and kitchen teams

Staff scheduling, vacation planning, onboarding, and motivation of the team

Inventory and stock control

Close collaboration with hotel management, front desk, gastronomy, and housekeeping
Your Profile

Solid experience in the spa, wellness, or hotel sector

Several years of professional experience, ideally in a managerial role

Strong host mentality with a high level of service orientation

Leadership skills characterized by empathy, calmness, and leading by example

Excellent sense for atmosphere, design, and high-quality wellness concepts

Strong organizational skills and a structured working style

Confident demeanor, even in challenging situations

Knowledge of hygiene, sauna, and safety standards

Enjoyment in working with guests as well as leading and developing team members
