Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining, servicing and repairing electrical systems and technical equipment
- Carrying out minor installation and electrical work
- Conducting regular inspections and checking technical systems
- Resolving technical faults throughout the hotel
- Assisting with general repairs and maintenance work
- Monitoring and maintaining the building, heating, ventilation and lighting systems
- Inspecting and maintaining play, leisure and wellness facilities in cooperation with specialist contractors
- Supervising and coordinating external contractors
- Documenting maintenance and repair work
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical standards
- Willingness to participate in the technical on-call service by prior arrangement
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in electrical installation, electrical engineering or a comparable skilled trade
- Experience in building services or facility maintenance is an advantage
- Strong practical skills and technical understanding
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety and quality awareness
- Friendly manner and ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible and committed
