Your Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and assisting our spa guests
- Advising guests on our wellness services, treatments and spa facilities
- Scheduling and coordinating massages and treatments
- Managing reservations and responding to enquiries
- Looking after guests throughout their entire spa visit
- Selling spa products and providing advice on skincare products
- Preparing treatment schedules and supporting the smooth running of daily operations
- Ensuring a relaxing and high-quality spa atmosphere
- Working closely with the Spa Manager, therapists, Housekeeping and Reception
- Maintaining our quality and service standards
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, hotel or reception environment is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service
- Friendly, well-groomed and confident manner
- Excellent organisational skills and a structured approach to work
- Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
- Confident using reservation systems and computer software
- Interest in wellness, health and relaxation
- Team-oriented, reliable and responsible
- Good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage
