Your Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the housekeeping department of the design hotel with 69 rooms and chalets

Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality across all room categories (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, SUITES, CHALETS)

Organizing and supervising daily cleaning operations

Leading, scheduling, and motivating the housekeeping team

Onboarding new employees and conducting ongoing quality training

Inspecting rooms prior to arrival and during guests’ stays

Responsibility for laundry, cleaning, and care processes

Inventory control and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities

Close collaboration with the front desk, maintenance, and hotel management

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards

Thoughtful styling and maintenance of rooms in line with the hotel’s alpine boho design concept
Your Profile

Several years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or management role
-
Strong quality awareness and an excellent eye for detail

High level of organizational skills and a structured working style

Leadership skills characterized by appreciation, clarity, and team spirit

Confident and professional demeanor

High sense of responsibility and reliability

Solid knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards

Understanding of design, materials, and high-quality furnishings

Resilience and flexibility in the hotel’s day-to-day operations
