Your Responsibilities
- Preparation and creative presentation of high-quality dishes for our Naschmarkt and Deli restaurant concepts
- Working in the front-cooking and live-cooking areas with direct guest contact
- Preparing regional and internationally inspired dishes
- Helping shape seasonal offers and new menu ideas
- Preparing and organizing the daily mise en place
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Complying with and monitoring our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Careful handling of food and goods
- Supporting goods receiving, storage, and stock control
- Close collaboration with service, bar, and kitchen team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a cook/chef or comparable experience
- Passion for high-quality, creative, and fresh cuisine
- Enjoy contributing new ideas and developing dishes further
- Ideally experience in à la carte, buffet, or front-cooking kitchens
- Quality awareness and attention to detail
- Team spirit and an independent way of working
- Resilience and organizational talent – even when things get lively
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Enjoy creating culinary enjoyment and special experiences for guests
