Your Responsibilities
- Professional and organizational management of the bar area
- Responsibility for smooth day-to-day bar operations
- Leadership, motivation, and onboarding of the bar team
- Active host role and personal care of our guests
- Development and co-creation of the drinks menu and seasonal specials
- Ensuring a high-quality service and guest experience
- Responsibility for ordering goods, stock management, and inventory
- Monitoring quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Duty roster and staff scheduling
- Creative involvement in new concepts, promotions, and signature drinks
- Close collaboration with the restaurant, kitchen, and hotel management
Your Profile
- Completed training in the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry, or comparable experience
- Several years of experience in the bar or service area, ideally in a leadership role
- A host mentality with a strong focus on service
- Leadership experience and enthusiasm for developing a team
- Good specialist knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, and bar culture
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Confident and friendly appearance
- Resilience and composure – even in lively situations
- Creativity and a good sense for trends, quality, and atmosphere
- Reliability, initiative, and team spirit
